\n\u2022 Prepare business valuation and financial models to be incorporated in offer documents
\n\u2022 Prepare offer documents to raise funds from the primary or secondary equity and debt markets
\n\u2022 Prepare annual economic, industrial and sectoral performances<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 MPhil, MBA or EMBA in Economics, Finance, Statistics and Mathematics
\n\u2022 GSI Certificate
\n\u2022 Partly or qualified CFA is an advantage
\n\u2022 Membership of a professional body is an advantage<\/p>\n
