We work together as a team, valuing everyone\u2019s contribution, to ensure we achieve the best results for our customers and our business.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Patrol Supervisor (Obuasi) \u2013 G4S Security Services<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Patrol Supervisor will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Report\u00a0to the Operations Manager<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to operational activities to ensure smooth running of the business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Role Responsibility:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, organize, conduct and control the guarding operations of your\u00a0 zone in accordance with laid down operational policies<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effectiveness of guarding operations and contractual obligations are being met.<\/li>\n<li>Deploy the guards as instructed by the operations manager.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure site and post instructions and procedures are being implemented.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain necessary liaison with the client contact.<\/li>\n<li>Spot the security weakness of the assignments and take timely action to resolve it.<\/li>\n<li>Up gradation of security, keeping in view change in internal factor or security situation.<\/li>\n<li>Check all emergency equipment\u00a0installed at the assignment and provided to the guards are in working order.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising the day to day operations at the assignments sites and ensuring that deployed guards are providing the highest quality and professional security service to its customers.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Operation Manager in day to day function by identifying weakness\/strength of the operations.<\/li>\n<li>As applicable to Patrolling\u00a0 (Zone)\u00a0 Supervisors, assists to ensure that all applicable internal company operational, financial, personnel and administrative standards, policies, procedures, instructions and orders are carried out, documented and implemented on a timely basis, updated regularly, monitored, effectively supervised and communicated to all applicable operational staff accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Institute suitable corrective measures based on client meetings and feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Inform clients prior to making any changes in the guarding personnel deployed at posts.<\/li>\n<li>Make a plan for patrolling supervisor including route charts and timings for checking.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Operation Manager to meet company, branch, and individual and team performance targets measured through Key Performance Indicators (KPI\u2019s) in Key Result areas.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Reduce and prevent possibility of loss of profitability at customer sites and Identify opportunities to reduce operating costs<\/li>\n<li>Claims for overtime are checked to ensure accuracy and justification and kept to an absolute minimum.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the health and safety policies and procedures for all employees is promoted and practiced throughout the Branch and the client sites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>The Ideal Candidate:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of a Diploma or its equivalent in related field<\/li>\n<li>At least 3-5 years working experience<\/li>\n<li>Communication (written and verbal)<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Must have supervisory experience<\/li>\n<li>Previous security experience will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to drive a motor bike and must have a valid Driver\u2019s license A (More than 2yrs Driving Experience)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>G4S is the world\u2019s leading international security solutions group, which specialises in outsourced business processes in sectors where security and safety risks are considered a strategic threat.
