\n\u2022 Responsible for the day to day administration of the school
\n\u2022 Responsible for the general supervision of pedagogy
\n\u2022 Maintaining a happier child friendly environment at all times
\n\u2022 Working with a team of professionals to ensure 100% passes with very good distinctions in the Cambridge checkpoint and IGCSE examinations
\n\u2022 Vetting of all teaching notes on a daily\/weekly basis
\n\u2022 Responsible for staff appraisal on a trimester basis
\n\u2022 Design and implement an effective continuous professional development (CPD) scheme for all staff
\n\u2022 Serve as a liaison officer with designated stakeholders and agencies like the Ghana Education Service, the British council etc
\n\u2022 Expansion of the school\u2019s client base through effective marketing of WB\/AGA schools products and services
\n\u2022 Ensure the sustained integrity of assets including the maintenance of assets assigned to the operations division viz,vehicles, equipment, furniture, uniforms and other school supplies
\n\u2022 Establishing and fostering excellent relations with the school\u2019s clients (Parents and Guardians) at all times
\n\u2022 Undertake other duties from time to time, as may be determined by the Executive Director and\/or School Management Board<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must have a professional certificate\/degree in education from a recognized institution
\n\u2022 Must possess at least Cambridge\/British curriculum related training certificate awarded by the British council or CIE(CAIE)
\n\u2022 Must be very informed and abreast with the standards and international requirements for running a first class British curriculum school
\n\u2022 Master\u2019s degree in Educational Administration\/Leadership is an added advantage
\n\u2022 Must be able to speak Twi very fluently
\n\u2022 Should be an excellent team player and leader
\n\u2022 Must be IT savvy, must have practical knowledge of the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, a modern school management software and social media
\n\u2022 Must be ready to deliver on the organisation\u2019s KPI\u2019s and meet reporting time lines<\/p>\n
