{"id":29984,"date":"2018-04-12T05:59:31","date_gmt":"2018-04-12T05:59:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=29984"},"modified":"2018-04-12T05:59:31","modified_gmt":"2018-04-12T05:59:31","slug":"siemens-energy-ghana-vacancies-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/siemens-energy-ghana-vacancies-2018.html","title":{"rendered":"Siemens Energy Ghana Vacancies 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Siemens AG is a global powerhouse in the fields of industry, energy and healthcare and for infrastructure solutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Administration Professional<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What are the requirements of the role ?<\/p>\n<p>Position Description:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Works on customers inquiries and creates offers\/proposals for the customer (preliminary technical clarification, commercial clarification including creditworthiness, export control checks, determination of delivery dates, information regarding offer validity) to create the prerequisites for closing a contract.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares calculation sheet, ensuring correct margin and obtain appropriate approval per quality gate<\/li>\n<li>Enters customer orders in the ERP system and determines the delivery dates, order confirmation to customer, and expedite to fulfill customer order at the requested date<\/li>\n<li>Monitor order related compliance of the delivery dates and quantities to initiate proactive measures for optimizing delivery reliability in good time and to be always capable\u00a0of providing order updates to customer.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor delivery dates and timely initiate deliveries reliably to customer in accordance to the incoterm, and ensuring goods receipt documentation with the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates a quickest possible invoicing to the customer, performing related post cost calculation, controlling order cost receipt and utilizing the possibilities of additional charges to optimize the value flow and show a correct margin.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>What do I need to qualify ?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Bachelor\u2019s Degree or HND in Engineering, Management, science or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years\u2019 experience in Oil &amp; Gas Industry. Must be able to support Operations and Sales functions.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in order management role, proactive, aggressive, self-motivated and focused. Must be able to work in a team setting, leveraging functional support and building trust relationship with staff and clients. A \u2018completer-finisher\u2019 with ownership culture mindset.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Experience working with international customers and vendors and ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders of diversified cultural mix<\/li>\n<li>Must be results-oriented and able to work with energy and enthusiasm under time pressure, ensuring quick quotation turn-around time and on-time- delivery of goods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>General knowledge of Rotating Equipment (Turbines, Compressors) will be an added advantage<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Siemens AG is a global powerhouse in the fields of industry, energy and healthcare and for infrastructure solutions.
