{"id":30114,"date":"2018-04-19T15:03:55","date_gmt":"2018-04-19T15:03:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=30114"},"modified":"2018-04-19T15:03:55","modified_gmt":"2018-04-19T15:03:55","slug":"nestle-ghana-vacancies-2018-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/nestle-ghana-vacancies-2018-4.html","title":{"rendered":"Nestl\u00e9 Ghana Vacancies 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Officer to join the Human Resources Department in Nestl\u00e9 Ghana.<\/p>\n<p>At Nestl\u00e9, we are proud to produce some of Ghana\u2019s best-loved brands such as Ideal Milk, Milo, Nido, Nescaf\u00e9, Cerelac etc. These brands are cherished by households across the country.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Human Resources Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What can you expect?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the HR Services Manager, you will be responsible for the driving of Human Resources efficiency and credibility by providing administrative and analytical support within the Human Resources function in Nestl\u00e9 Ghana to ensure the business has the correct information for relevant insights, which enable robust people decisions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your other responsibilities will include<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Employee Benefits Administration:\u00a0<\/strong>You will be responsible for the accurate and timely administration of employee benefits<\/li>\n<li><strong>Medical Services Administration:<\/strong>\u00a0You will ensure that company\u2019s medical care and related welfare schemes is systematically monitored and controlled.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Management of Immigrant Quota, Resident Permits &amp; Visa processing:<\/strong>\u00a0You will serve as the liaison officer between Nestl\u00e9 Ghana and regulatory authorities (Ghana Immigration Service, Ministry of Interior &amp; Embassies) for the processing of Immigrant permits and entry visas<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reports and Provisions:<\/strong>\u00a0You will be responsible for preparing operational reports and monthly provisions on employee benefits<\/li>\n<li><strong>Employee Personal File Management:<\/strong>\u00a0You will ensure efficient management of employee personal records.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Safety Health &amp; Environment Support:<\/strong>\u00a0Representative for Human Resources<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Officer who has worked within a Human Resources environment.<\/p>\n<p>Other attributes would include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree in HR or Social Sciences<\/li>\n<li>minimum 2 years\u2019 Experience in HR Operations<\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of HR SAP modules<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Good service orientation and analytical skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you need to know<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>The closing date for this role is Monday\u00a0<strong>16<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0April 2018<\/strong>.
