{"id":30124,"date":"2018-04-20T06:19:14","date_gmt":"2018-04-20T06:19:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=30124"},"modified":"2018-04-20T06:19:14","modified_gmt":"2018-04-20T06:19:14","slug":"bosch-africa-vacancies-ghana-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/bosch-africa-vacancies-ghana-2018.html","title":{"rendered":"Bosch Africa Vacancies Ghana 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Bosch Group is a leading global supplier of technology and services, active in the fields of Mobility Solutions, Energy and Building Technology, Industrial Technology, and Consumer Goods.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Territory Sales Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive the Bosch business development within the territory using a variety of techniques, strategy and distribution concept.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Represent the interest of Bosch Automotive Aftermarket towards the partners.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze competitors\u2019 activities in the region and assess opportunities for business development.<\/li>\n<li>Work to achieve targets and KPI\u2018s set by Regional Director.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Business Development work force management, lead and coach the team to achieve the set targets.<\/li>\n<li>Define the AA customer distribution strategy and Customer Acquisition Project for the territory.<\/li>\n<li>Target potential partners and assess opportunities for business.<\/li>\n<li>Plan projects for team to gather market information to support Business Plan.<\/li>\n<li>Establish, maintain and develop professional partner relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Organize, lead, &amp; participate in regular and Ad Hoc meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Organize, prepare &amp; present reports and KPI results.<\/li>\n<li>Meet and exceed partner\u2018s expectation, increase partners satisfaction and find best solutions for partners complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Consult partners about relevant market issues (marketing campaigns, competition, how to improve brand recognition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in marketing, business administration or its equivalent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years working experience in Business Development and\/or marketing, with at least 3 years \u00a0in a managerial position, and a minimum 10 direct reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years working experience in Independent Aftermarket.<\/li>\n<li>Technical understanding of the automotive industry.<\/li>\n<li>Strong entrepreneurial mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous Improvment Process and PDCA approach.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation and analytical skill.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong target orientation.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of MS Office \u2013 Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook \u2013 is compulsory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build relationships and work with people at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and organization ability.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel frequently.<\/li>\n<li>Bilingual English and French is compulsory, German is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Bosch Group is a leading global supplier of technology and services, active in the fields of Mobility Solutions, Energy and Building Technology, Industrial Technology, and Consumer Goods.
