\nManaging the processes and systems for formulating and evaluating business strategies\/performance including planning, forecasting and budgeting, advanced analysis of financial data and teams profitability.
\nFocusing on design, development, implementation, control and maintenance of management performance processes within WB.
\nSupport in setting strategy and monitoring progress towards KPI\u2019s.
\nEnsure the accurate and timely monthly reporting of financial information including compliance to IFRS.
\nPreparation of a comprehensive budget and forecasts for the Wholesale Bank
\nPrepare monthly Customer Profitability.
\nSupport ALCO & RALCO related issues which also includes Balance Sheet, RWA and Capital Requirement Analysis.
\nWeekly Sales Reporting Issues
\nAll country Wholesale Bank finance issues
\nBuild on key team coherence to deliver on Business Support performance objectives.
\nSupport business to review product program\/document with special emphasis on appropriate financial accounting
\nEnsure compliance to FCP on all WB products reporting<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Actively implement the business partnering concept between Ghana finance teams and the wholesale Bank.
\n\u2022Actively implement a consistent path to the Group Business Model and migrates best practice.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022To further develop and implement comprehensive financial reporting for the Wholesale Bank.
\n\u2022Review Ghana monthly ALCO and RALCO reporting and ensure timely submission to Group
\nMarket Risk.
\n\u2022Ensure that Sales Reports are accurate.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Actively support Wholesale Bank Business Heads in developing and
\nMonitoring the Value Based Management (VBM).<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Actively support Wholesale Bank Business Heads in developing and

\n\u2022A good knowledge of Group and local banking accounting procedures and requirements.

\n\u2022A formal business studies qualification \u2013 University degree in finance\/economics and\/or professional qualification – CA, CIMA, ACCA, CIS, etc.
\n\u2022Good interpersonal and communication skills
\n\u2022An eye for detail and accuracy with a strong analytical capability
\n\u2022Sound knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Group Accounting Policy
\n\u2022High level of computer literacy is required.<\/p>\n
