\n\u2022 Manage the recruitment and selection process
\n\u2022 Bridge gap between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
\n\u2022 Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programmes
\n\u2022 Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
\n\u2022 Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
\n\u2022 Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
\n\u2022 Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results
\n\u2022 Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
\n\u2022 Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past current records<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Second Degree in MBA, HRM or professional certificate would be an added advantage
\n\u2022 At least 5 years in banking experience of which 2 years must be in a top management level particularly in a rural bank<\/p>\n
