\n\u2022 He\/She shall be responsible for the day-to-day management of the bank\u2019s operations
\n\u2022 He\/She shall be accountable to the Board of Directors<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Spearhead the development and implementation of the bank\u2019s strategic plan under the supervision of the Board
\n\u2022 Identify the possible risks incidental to the running and management of the bank and develop strategies to mitigate any adverse impact
\n\u2022 Responsible for increasing management\u2019s effectiveness by communicating value strategies and objectives, assigning accountabilities, planning, monitoring and performance management
\n\u2022 Oversee the design, marketing, promotion and the delivery of investment and other technical banking matters and services.
\n\u2022 Supervise the human resources and the departments in line with current laws and regulations
\n\u2022 Present budgets for approval of the Board and manage Bank\u2019s resources within those budgetary guidelines
\n\u2022 Ensure that the Bank\u2019s operations comply with relevant laws and regulations
\n\u2022 Develop and maintain positive corporate image of the Bank
\n\u2022 Ensure effective collaboration with partners to achieve mutual interest<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 At least 8 years in banking experience of which 5 years must be in a top management level particularly in a rural bank
\n\u2022 Well abreast of the financial regulatory environment<\/p>\n
