\n\u2022 He\/She will be responsible for planning, justification and evaluation of ICT projects<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Provide direction for the ICT team
\n\u2022 Oversee and determine time frames for major IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
\n\u2022 Preserve asset by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures, information security and control structures
\n\u2022 Manage and report on allocation of IT budget.
\n\u2022 Identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement
\n\u2022 Run regular checks on ICT network and data security
\n\u2022 Conduct regular system audits
\n\u2022 Run and share regular operation system reports with management<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Second Degree in MBA, MIS option would be an added advantage
\n\u2022 At least 5 years in banking experience of which 3 years must be in a top management level particularly in a rural bank<\/p>\n
