\n\u2022 He\/She shall be a member of management team of the Bank and shall report directly to the General Manager<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Develop and maintain standards financial and administrative procedures
\n\u2022 Ensure timely preparation and submission of accurate weekly\/monthly\/annual prudential reports to ARB Apex Bank and Bank of Ghana through the GM
\n\u2022 Supervise and manage payroll processing and tax filing activities
\n\u2022 Ensure effective and efficient operational processes to reduce overall cost of operations
\n\u2022 Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly management accounts to the Board of Directors through the GM
\n\u2022 Ensure effective and efficient treasury management of the ban
\n\u2022 Provide support to the Marketing team in product development<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 At least 5 years of practical experience in accounting in any industry. At least 2 years practical experience in banking \u2013 preferably rural banking will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
