\n\u2022 Perform and control the full audit cycle, including risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
\n\u2022 Obtain, analyse and evaluate all documentation, processes and procedures
\n\u2022 Prepare and present reports that reflect audits results
\n\u2022 Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
\n\u2022 Maintain open communication with management and board audit sub-committee
\n\u2022 Conduct follow up audits to monitor management\u2019s interventions
\n\u2022 Engage to continuously development knowledge regarding sector\u2019s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards
\n\u2022 Objectives review the Bank\u2019s business processes
\n\u2022 Protect against fraud and theft of the bank\u2019s assets
\n\u2022 Ensure that the bank\u2019s is complying with relevant laws and statutes
\n\u2022 Make recommendations on how to improve internal controls and governance processes<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 At least 5 years of practical experience in accounting in any industry. At least 2 years practical experience in banking \u2013 preferably rural banking will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
