\nAddresses personnel, operational and scheduling issues and needs
\nBuilds commitment and promotes quality services
\nPerforms data collection to support regulatory requirements and for quality improvement measures to support the understanding of operational safety and effectiveness
\nConducts routine audits to ensure compliance
\nSupports implementation of projects and programs
\nResponsible for training and development activities for area personnel<\/p>\n
\nThree 8+ years of pharmacy work experience and\/or pharmacy residency experience Or 5 years (3) of pharmacy residency training
\n2+ years of experience with provider payment methodologies and managing medical drug spend
\nLicense to practice pharmacy in Ghana.
\nKnowledge of pediatric drug therapy, general management theory, general finance and basic MIS
\nOperate equipment used in the preparation of sterile products (e.g. Automix and Micromix), work with hazardous substances (e.g. cytotoxic agents, hydrochloric acid, and isopropyl alcohol), and work under pressure
\nAt least an intermediate level of proficiency in performing financial impact analysis, risk management, and data manipulation
\nSupervisory experience
\nDemonstrates strong competency in the areas of business acumen, financial savvy, and innovative thinking.
\nCreative thinker with strong organization and planning skills
\nAbility to influence others in a positive way and work with cross matrix partners
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/p>\n
