{"id":30221,"date":"2018-05-17T11:04:15","date_gmt":"2018-05-17T11:04:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=30221"},"modified":"2018-05-17T11:04:15","modified_gmt":"2018-05-17T11:04:15","slug":"judicial-service-ghana-vacancies-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/judicial-service-ghana-vacancies-2018.html","title":{"rendered":"Judicial Service of Ghana Vacancies 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Judicial Service of Ghana invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: RESIDENCE MANAGER (CHIEF JUSTICE\u2019S RESIDENCE).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Duties And Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the efficient and effective administration of the Chief Justice\u2019s residence<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support for the residence, including logistics and security<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic direction for resolving operational challenges at the residence<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the preparation of annual budget for the residence<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the efficient use of funds provided for the residence<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and supervise maintenance and repair works<\/li>\n<li>Plan, organise and coordinate events at the residence<\/li>\n<li>Arrange appointments for personal and professional needs<\/li>\n<li>Supervise household staff, such as housekeepers, domestic servants, etc<\/li>\n<li>Ensure discipline and compliance with rules and regulations amongst staff of the residence<\/li>\n<li>Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree In Estate Management\/Planning\/Related field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Skills\/Competencies Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership and organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage a large estate<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask<\/li>\n<li>Ability to articulate views and decisions<\/li>\n<li>Ability to conduct self in a manner which elicits trust, respect and confidence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Judicial Service of Ghana invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of Job Description Job Title: RESIDENCE MANAGER (CHIEF JUSTICE\u2019S RESIDENCE).
