In 2009, Little Explorers gained its UK Accreditation from the Montessori Evaluation and Accreditation Board, for which it acquired a Grade 1. In May 2017 it renewed its accreditation for the 3rd time<\/span><span class=\"s1\">. Little Explorers is in the process of application to being accredited by the South African Montessori Association as well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Junior Teaching Assistants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>NNTTC Holders or Montessori\u00a0 Certificate and or an Early Childhood Certificate coursework in early childhood education<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Love for children and strong desire to make a difference every day<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers<\/li>\n<li>Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Computer Literacy is essential<\/li>\n<li>Gentle Personality (Cheerful, light hearted &amp; Friendly)<\/li>\n<li>Energetic<\/li>\n<li>Confident<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applicants must have keen interest in the Montessori philosophy and must be willing to complete an ongoing training while actively working to improve personal knowledge and understanding of the Montessori System<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Little Explorers opened its doors in 2007, when 2 passionate Montessorians, Karine McVeigh and Kamilla Kirpalani, dared to dream to create the 1st\u00a0true accredited Montessori school in West-Africa.
