\n\u2022 Update and manage the brand strategy of the Bank with a view of enhancing its role and that of the RCBs in the financial services industry
\n\u2022 Lead in the design, execution and evaluation of long and short-term integrated marketing strategies supported by campaigns for the RCBs to improve the perception of their role and contributions to the economy of Ghana
\n\u2022 Research on and propose potential new sources of revenue for the RCBs for funding and development
\n\u2022 Implement new practices in marketing communications to grow revenues and to assist the RCBs in improving their returns on investment
\n\u2022 Lead in the formulation of proposals for donor funding to enhance the services of the RCBs including the identification of viable projects, development of project plans, identification and engagement of sponsors, project monitoring and evaluation
\n\u2022 Track and report on the status of all proposal components as well as the progress of all funded projects
\n\u2022 Maintain an advanced knowledge of trends affecting the industry in all relevant areas and ensure research is conducted to develop appropriate responses including identification of potential products and services
\n\u2022 Lead the communications strategy for the bank ensuring proactive communications both internally and externally using all appropriate channels in the interest of the bank
\n\u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams and RCBs to produce effective promotional materials to enhance knowledge of their work and their activities in their areas of operation
\n\u2022 Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with the RCBs to resolve potential problems relating to the support and guidance provided by the team
\n\u2022 Lead, coach and actively manage the performance of the team ensuring that thet have their right focus and are delivering their objectives to the expectations of all stakeholders<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Membership of a recognised professional body
\n\u2022 At least 10 years post qualification working experience in marketing and\/or business development, preferably in the banking sector, 5 years of which must be in senior management position<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Knowledge of research tools and their effective deployment
\n\u2022 Project management and reporting
\n\u2022 Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and business development tools and techniques<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Experience in managing budgets effectively and reporting effectively to stakeholders
\n\u2022 Proven track record in senior business development role
\n\u2022 Stakeholder management and networking skills
\n\u2022 Interpersonal skills with a level of humility and integrity
\n\u2022 Resilience to deliver initiatives
\n\u2022 Ability to inspire others and build effective teams
\n\u2022 Strategic thinker and excellent communicator<\/p>\n
