\n\u2022 Collect information necessary to compile the story \/ stories, for example by going out to the field and conducting interviews or doing desk-based \/ web-based research
\n\u2022 Compile stories ready for submitting \u2013 Edit prior to submitting and proofreading when required
\n\u2022 Work in groups on special stories \/ investigations when required, with one writer taking a lead as necessary
\n\u2022 Contribute suggestions to the development of the website
\n\u2022 Contribute marketing ideas to position the newspaper brands and website as preferred products to our customers.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Member of Ghana Journalists Association<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Good report writing skills
\n\u2022 Analytical with an eye for detail
\n\u2022 Ability to work to strict deadlines and for long periods
\n\u2022 Flexible attitude to working arrangements
\n\u2022 Strong computer literacy skills, including page planning
\n\u2022 Research methodology skills desired but not essential<\/p>\n
