The World Health Organization \u00a0is a specialized agency of the United Nations that is concerned with international public health. \n\u2022 Provide support to the MOH\/GHS in prevention, control, implementation, monitoring of disease surveillance including IDSR training
\n\u2022 Contribute to the analysis and reporting of national health data and other public health knowledge in order to give evidence-based advice to the national Ghanaian authorities
\n\u2022 Assist with methodological expertise in epidemiology, statistics and public health and data reporting
\n\u2022 Support with the organisation and facilitation of workshops\/Simulation exercises in Ghana<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Communicating in a credible and effective way
\n\u2022 Fostering integration and teamwork
\n\u2022 Knowledge and managing yourself<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Experience with research activities in desirable
\n\u2022 Language skills, fluent in English written and spoken
\n\u2022 A good working relationship\/experience with the MOH, GHS will be an advantage<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Desirable: Postgraduate training of Master\u2019s Degree in Public Health \/ Community Health \/ Epidemiology \/ Statistics<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Experience analysing epidemiological data, statistics and methodology<\/p>\n
