Protocols and standards<br \/>\nProvide expert advice on issues relating to quality assurance<br \/>\nLead in developing training programs in QA for health staff<br \/>\nFacilitate the establishment of systems for clinical effectiveness<br \/>\nContribute to the development of systems for accreditation<!--more--><br \/>\nEnsure quality assurance programmes are in place in the Hospital<br \/>\nProvide technical support to directorates\/units in QA implementation<br \/>\nUndertake monitoring\/support supervision visits<br \/>\nContribute in the review of the definition, type, level, and mix of clinical care services within the Hospital<br \/>\nContribute to the development of systems for monitoring and evaluation of clinical care services across the organization<br \/>\nParticipate in policy development, analysis and review in the Hospital<br \/>\nParticipate in the implementation and evaluation of national health policies within the Hospital<br \/>\nContribute to the development of medium\/Long term strategic plans for the Hospital<br \/>\nPrepare annual reports and other reports on the Unit<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Senior Health Professional<br \/>\nPostgraduate qualification in a Health related field (Masters or equivalent)<br \/>\nEvidence of leadership and continuing professional development and training in Health management<br \/>\nTraining and experience in quality assurance<br \/>\nA minimum of Five (5) years working experience in management at senior level<br \/>\nA broad knowledge base and experience of KATH policies and operating procedures<br \/>\nExperience in service development Computer skills<br \/>\nExcellent problem-solving skills<br \/>\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills<br \/>\nAbility to work, lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team<br \/>\nAbility to organize and manage workload, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines<br \/>\nDemonstrated ability to work on own initiative<br \/>\nIntegrity, flexibility, enthusiasm, motivation, commitment, courteous, considerate, team player and trustworthy<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested persons should apply with their CVs, copies of relevant certificates and names and contact information of three referees to the Chief Executive.<\/p>\n<p>CHIEF EXECUTIVE<br \/>\nKOMFO ANOKYE TEACHING HOSPITAL<br \/>\nP.
