\n\u2022 Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliation and journal entries
\n\u2022 Generate financial reports and statements to managers for review
\n\u2022 Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolution
\n\u2022 Monitor expenditure, analyze revenues and determine budget variance and report the same to management
\n\u2022 Respond to accounting inquiries from management on a timely basis
\n\u2022 Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and prepare requested documentation
\n\u2022 Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations
\n\u2022 Provide technical support and advice to management
\n\u2022 Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
\n\u2022 Analyse member financial report and respond to them
\n\u2022 Manage donor funds and report on them to management<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 At least 3 years work experience in managerial position in the finance industry
\n\u2022 Must be a team player, strategic thinker, have analytical and problem solving skills
\n\u2022 Computer skills including ability to operate computerized accounting spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly efficient level
\n\u2022\u00a0Age Limit:<\/strong>\u00a025 years to 35 years<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Excellent presentation and communication skills<\/p>\n
