\n\u2022 Provide annual budgeting and cash flow projections for each major asset class
\n\u2022 Develop performance measures that support the company\u2019s strategic direction
\n\u2022 Establish financial operational strategies to warrant all deadlines are met and full advantage is taken with tax effectiveness
\n\u2022 Provide hands-on support wherever\/ whenever necessary
\n\u2022 Drive the company\u2019s financial planning
\n\u2022 Perform risk management by analyzing the organization\u2019s liabilities and investments
\n\u2022 Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
\n\u2022 Control and evaluate the organization\u2019s fundraising plans and capital structure
\n\u2022 Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization\u2019s operations
\n\u2022 Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
\n\u2022 Manage vendor relationships
\n\u2022 Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
\n\u2022 Oversee the company\u2019s finance IT system
\n\u2022 Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts
\n\u2022 Assist in formulating the company\u2019s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
\n\u2022 Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
\n\u2022 Develop financial and tax strategies
\n\u2022 Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
\n\u2022 Develop performance measures that support the company\u2019s strategic direction<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in top notch organisations
\n\u2022 Advanced PC skills \u2013 Microsoft Office \u2013 Excel, Word, Outlook
\n\u2022 Exceptional interpersonal communications skills
\n\u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
\n\u2022 Tax experienced and knowledgeable
\n\u2022 Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects and see through to completion
\n\u2022 Must be able to handle multiple time-sensitive projects and prioritize heavy workloads
\n\u2022 Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed to complete time-sensitive projects
\n\u2022 Meticulous eye for detail, accuracy, and high standards of presentation
\n\u2022 Extreme organizational and time management skills
