\nResponsible for period end processes, reconciliations and the quarterly financial and operating returns to the Global Fund
\nPreparation of program budget, recording and investigation of variances
\nSupervision of the payroll function
\nEnsuring proper accounting control over bank and cash, stocks and fixed assets
\nEnsuring full compliance with accounting policies and procedures
\nActing for the program Finance Manager in his absence<\/p>\n
\nMust have good communication skills with superiors, subordinates and colleagues as well as stakeholders
\nMust be able to work under pressure and be prepared to respond to emergencies outside official working hours
\nThe minimum qualification requirement is a university degree in accounting, part qualification of ACCA\/CIMA\/CA Ghana
\nMinimum of 4 years accounting experience
\nWorking knowledge of SUN system is a prerequisite
\nMust have a computer literate with working knowledge in Word, Excel, Power Point, etc<\/p>\n
