Responsible for Trade Distribution Strategy Management, Trade Partner Development & Loyalty; Sales Operations; Sales\/Trade Development and Go To Market Strategy Development.<\/p>\n

Job Role Key Tasks:<\/p>\n

Responsible for Distribution Policy, Processes, Contracts and ensure Implementation and Control
\nProvide Strategic Distributor Operations Guidelines & Annual Key Performance Indicators (KPI\u2019s) to drive Commercial activities.
\nLead the development of strategies to ensure commercial stock availability and logistics across all channels
\nLead the development of strategies and programs to drive customer acquisition, channel growth, trade loyalty and product development.
\nLead the development of go to market models for new products and services
\nResponsible for developing the national\/country Trade Marketing Strategy and BTL implementation guidelines in key retail trade channels, Distributor shops and company owned stores.
\nResponsible for general Trade Visibility management & execution
\nLead the development of department\u2019s analytics. Support the S&D and Regional Teams with insights and analytics to guide execution to deliver business growth
\nProactively lead in driving and consolidating innovation in the overall S&D structure
\nApply industry, consumer, competitive and internal research data and translate findings to impact business
\nManage the development of methodologies and reports to effectively analyze results and performance against KPIs and share key insights
\nResponsible for driving end to end flawless implementation and trade campaign execution
\nPartner with Product\/Marketing teams to collaboratively develop and execute business plans to achieve incremental business growth
\nSupport regional markets by developing region-specific support schemes
\nPartner with internal and external teams to develop BTL materials\/assets and to ensure consistency in message and branding across all markets and distribution channels.
\nAnalyze BTL and trade related promotional programs effectiveness through sales data & communications with the field; make strategic recommendations to optimize resources and ROI
\nManage Trade Marketing budget to ensure effective budget management and optimize resource allocation to achieve profitable growth
\nContribute to the allocation of Trade Marketing funds to appropriately support brand, market and key account priorities in a way that optimizes ROI.
\nManage S&D vendor relationship with IT\/Supply Chain<\/p>\n

Education<\/p>\n

A First degree in Marketing\/Sales\/Administration\/ Supply Chain or a related field. A Postgraduate Degree is a plus<\/p>\n

Experience<\/p>\n

8 years\u2019 relevant experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role
\nCompetencies<\/p>\n

Technical Competence<\/p>\n

Strong knowledge of Sales principles
\nKnowledge in Analytics \u2013 Utilize data\/insights & experience to make fact based decisions.
\nStrong financial knowledge
\nGood knowledge of Supply Chain Management
\nAdministrative management \u2013 to ensure quality & timeliness, accurate & timely reports, projects trends & builds forecasts.
\nGood Knowledge of Stakeholder Management
\nStrategy Implementation \u2013 A sense of purpose & scope \u2013 Knows what must be done and how. Draw plans which take care of obstacles. Hold check points & debriefs daily<\/p>\n
