(S)He will report to the Head, RF Planning &amp; Optimization and will optimize the radio network to ensure that the network quality and customer experience meet the Company\u2019s KPIs, Regulatory KPIs, customer experience and revenue objectives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: RF Optimisation And Performance Specialist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Seek out new technologies and undertake optimization trials of new features &amp; parameters and be responsible for best practice deployments;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor Cells, BSCs, RNC and Network level performance daily to ensure all radio KPIs meet set targets;<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with NOC engineers for timely resolution of 2G\/3G degrading KPIs that impact on customer experience;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate Quality of Service (QoS) Network benchmarking and cluster optimization activities, analyze drive test log files and recommend actions to resolve issues identified;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure optimization activities and programs are conducted ;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all radio KPIs meet agreed thresholds with tracking worst cells and ensuring effective &amp; timely resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualification and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A University Degree in any field with emphasis on Computer Science, Electronic, Telecommunication Engineering or related disciplines;<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of four (4) years\u2019 experience in a similar role;<\/li>\n<li>Highly proficient in cellular network design &amp; operational, telecoms principles, cellular wireless technologies, radio access network design theory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for a dynamic and highly driven individual project with good experience in radio frequency optimization to join our Network Planning team as RF Optimization and Performance Specialist&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6721,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[14],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"jetpack_featured_media_url":"","jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"jetpack_shortlink":"https:\/\/wp.me\/p2nO32-7YL","_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/30675"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/6721"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=30675"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/30675\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=30675"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=30675"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=30675"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
