{"id":3069,"date":"2011-04-19T08:52:56","date_gmt":"2011-04-19T08:52:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=3069"},"modified":"2011-04-19T08:52:56","modified_gmt":"2011-04-19T08:52:56","slug":"dvla-ghana-recruits-head-of-security","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/dvla-ghana-recruits-head-of-security.html","title":{"rendered":"DVLA Ghana Recruits Head of Security"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provide general direction and guidance on security matters to ensure safety and security of DVLA properties located nationwide and protect life of officials within the premises including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<p>Formulate policies, guidelines and rules relating to security of DVLA Regional and District Offices, properties, and personnel<br \/>\nManage all issues relating to the security of DVLA<br \/>\nConduct periodic performance review of security officers and provide the necessary guidance for training and development<br \/>\nWrite and submit statutory reports on matters relating to security of the Authority<br \/>\nInitiate policies to direct and monitor any security infrastructure or systems installed at the Head Office and any other location<br \/>\nFormulate policies, strategies and framework to ensure safety and security of customers who are on the premises to transact business and their properties<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A recognized university degree in the social sciences or its equivalent<br \/>\nShould be between the age of 50-55 years old<br \/>\nSuccess in a competitive selection process<br \/>\nShould be a retired Chief Superintendent of the Ghana Police Service or above\/equivalent rank in the Ghana Armed Forces<br \/>\nA post qualification relevant experience of not less than 15 years in security administration<br \/>\nLocation: DVLA Head Office, Cantonment, Accra<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicant must submit application letter together with detailed CV with names and addresses of three (3) referees to:<\/p>\n<p>THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE<br \/>\nDVLA<br \/>\nHEAD OFFICE<br \/>\nP.
