\nprojects in terms of budget, timing, safety and quality.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Implement SHE procedures and standards to support projects;
\n\u2022 Develop Project Management plans, including setting priorities, activity schedules, performance targets,
\nsafety and technical standards, procedures and time frames;
\n\u2022 Assist the Business Unit Managers with the preparation of the sustainable capital budget including the
\ndevelopment and maintenance of the 5 Year capital plan.
\n\u2022 Develop (or assist with) the Application for Expenditure (AFE\u2019s);
\n\u2022 Initiate projects on time as per the capital project plan;
\n\u2022 Hold monthly project update meetings with Business Unit Managers and relevant stakeholders;
\n\u2022 Track and report on project progress from inception, design, construction and up to commissioning;
\nchecking various stages to ensure adherence to design and specification, cost, time, resourcing, etc;
\n\u2022 Prepare and produce a Weekly Project Report;
\n\u2022 Provide technical support in projects scoping;
\n\u2022 Manage the contracting process, including validation of progress payments, retentions, amendments,
\nescalation claims\/disputes and contract closure.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of 3-years relevant post graduate experience;
\n\u2022 Project management skills;
\n\u2022 Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project management etc.;
\n\u2022 Excellent ability to read and Interpret technical drawings.
\n\u2022 Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports;
\n\u2022 Strong Organisational and interpersonal skills;
\n\u2022 Ability to drive in rough terrain;<\/p>\n
