The Litigation Lawyer shall be responsible for providing legal advice and support to organization on litigation and dispute resolution under the supervision of a Senior Litigation Lawyer or Head of Litigation Law where appropriate. The role reports to the Head of Litigation Law.<\/p>\n

\nProvide accurate, effective and timely legal advice, analysis and support for the company on litigation matters and dispute resolution of significant strategic and\/or financial value to the organization
\nProvide advice on how to structure litigation and dispute resolution processes and takes responsibility for the general direction in the resolution of disputes and litigation taking into account the commercial background and key legal issues
\nDraft and negotiate any relevant legal documents relating to litigation matters and disputes for the organization
\nMaintain effective contacts with relevant individuals in the business and in other support functions
\nProvide regular reports and updates to line manager and to clients, as appropriate
\nAssist in the training of the business on key litigation issues
\nAct as lawyer for the organization in the District Court, Circuit Court, High Court and other judicial bodies.
\nPerform any other legal duties that may be assigned by the Head of Litigation Law or by the Head, Legal & Company Secretary
\nManager of self. Exchange ideas and information effectively, to explain ideas and concepts in a concise and logical manner.<\/p>\n
\nBachelor of Law Degree
\nMust be called to the Bar in Ghana
\n5 years work experience as a Barrister in Ghanaian courts
\nMust be familiar with telecommunications law
\nMust have excellent communication skills
\nEvidence of strong work ethics (punctuality, regularity, reliability)<\/p>\n
