Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: Completion Engineer Planner<\/strong><\/p>\n Responsibilities \/ Key Objectives:<\/b><\/p>\n Designing, engineering, planning and programming of well completion and intervention activities.Lead risk assessments to identify and mitigate design, engineering, planning and operational risks.<\/p>\n Preparation of equipment functional description, specifications and procurement plans and schedules.<\/p>\n Integration of rig and service company procedures into well program.<\/p>\n Preparation of time & cost estimates & AFE\u2019s.<\/p>\n Onshore operational support to completion and well intervention activities.<\/p>\n Coaching and mentoring of junior team members.<\/p>\n Perform post-job analysis and capture lessons learned.<\/p>\n Financial Responsibility:<\/b>N\/A<\/p>\n Person Specification<\/b><\/p>\n Education \/ Attributes<\/b><\/p>\n A University degree in an engineering discipline or equivalentValid offshore survival certification.<\/p>\n Medically fit to travel and work offshore and internationally<\/p>\n Fluent in English both written and spoken.<\/p>\n High proficiency with IT and industry software including WellCat, Torque and Drag and Hydraulics modeling.<\/p>\n Skills to drive technical, operational, quality and EHS performance.<\/p>\n Great Interpersonal skills<\/p>\n Willing to train and mentor junior colleagues<\/p>\n Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n Experience as a completions engineer with operating or service companies.Substantial deep water subsea completions experience in water depths greater than 800 meters.<\/p>\n Knowledge and experience in design and running of Cased Hole Completions including IWS, working in remote locations and working in West Africa.<\/p>\n Knowledge and experience of workshop assembly, testing, preparation and QA\/QC of completion equipment.<\/p>\n TL \/ Senior Engineer with responsibility for the performance and progression of junior engineers.<\/p>\n Field experience<\/p>\n Business Behaviours:<\/b><\/p>\n High personal integrityFlexible approach and able to work under pressure.<\/p>\n Positive and enthusiastic<\/p>\n Committed to high EHS standards.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" To design, plan and programme completions and well interventions by working \u00a0within a multi disciplinary team across various locations both in country and outside.
