\n\u2022 To manage the TEN FPSO Operations, budget and ensure timely invoicing to client
\n\u2022 To recruit suitably trained and competent to fulfil their roles and responsibilities
\n\u2022 Ensure all Operations activities are conducted safely and with due regard to the environment
\n\u2022 Ensure TEN FPSO Operations budget performance is effectively managed and reported
\n\u2022 Develop the TEN safety management system (SMS and operations management system (OMS) document suites and achieve accreditation to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards and the ISM code<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 At least 10 years of experience in offshore Oil and Gas operations, including a senior supervisory position (preferably OIM) in FPSO operations
\n\u2022 Strong commercial awareness and experience of budget development and control
\n\u2022 Preference for personnel with international experience
\n\u2022 Appropriate degree or formal technical qualification preferred
\n\u2022 Excellent command of the English language<\/p>\n
