{"id":30863,"date":"2018-06-19T09:16:17","date_gmt":"2018-06-19T09:16:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=30863"},"modified":"2018-06-19T09:16:17","modified_gmt":"2018-06-19T09:16:17","slug":"standard-chartered-bank-recruiting-currently-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/standard-chartered-bank-recruiting-currently-2018.html","title":{"rendered":"Standard Chartered Bank Recruiting Currently 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Leading the way in International Banking. \u00a0We support the people and companies driving investment, trade and wealth creation across\u00a0Asia, Africa and the Middle East.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Development Executive, Employee Banking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage New-to-bank clients (any segment) who are employees of corporations with whom Retail Banking has done a B2B deal<\/li>\n<li>Engage via on-site marketing\/roadshows, or via employee lists provided by corporation<\/li>\n<li>Initial primary focus on payroll account and anchor products in respective job role, gradually broadening to full range of retail products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Connect &amp; explain\u00a0 (remote)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Connect with identified employees (based on B2B set of leads)<\/li>\n<li>Explain proposition &amp; requirements in full<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Prepare &amp; set up (remote)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Pre-send product bundles description and bank proposition<\/li>\n<li>Conduct remote KYC<\/li>\n<li>Collect all documents (digital) required for account opening and pre-fill forms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Meet, deep sell &amp; train (in person)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Meet in person (ensure Priority Banker joins if Affluent)<\/li>\n<li>Listen and determine further needs<\/li>\n<li>Set up anchor products<\/li>\n<li>Initiate discussion to cross-sell<\/li>\n<li>Educate and conduct initial set up for online, ATMs, Client Centre, and Store<\/li>\n<li>Main bank operating account, family needs (e.g., family CASA), in-ternational needs (e.g., foreign currency acco-unt), lending products\u00a0 (personal loan, mortgage)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Activate (remote)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Conduct fulfillment<\/p>\n<p>Pass on referrals\/leads of other products to respective specialists<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Product broadening<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enhanced multi-product Priority\/ Personal knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Market and competition knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Client engagement<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Closing deals<\/li>\n<li>Client training on digital solutions<\/li>\n<li>Communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation and objection handling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Journey completion<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of Priority \/ Personal Client KYC principles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Leading the way in International Banking. \u00a0We support the people and companies driving investment, trade and wealth creation across\u00a0Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
