Quotations must be optimized to meet the needs of the sales force and the clients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Technical Sales Representative<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Activities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Key role is to maximize profitable sales, finding a product that meets the customers\u2019 needs whilst presenting the offer in a professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the customers\u2019 requirements via various communication channels: Phone, Fax or email<\/li>\n<li>Competent knowledge of product features, advantages and benefits to be able to professionally represent these to customers<\/li>\n<li>Create Quotations from RFQ<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on Quotations<\/li>\n<li>Log opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the technical inbox is managed within the agreed time frame<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with the factories all over the world on more technical enquiries<\/li>\n<li>Calculating pricing for quotations<\/li>\n<li>Managing customer complaints in CRM.<\/li>\n<li>Configuring part numbers in SAP<\/li>\n<li>Analysing margin and GRP index when quoting<\/li>\n<li>Giving customers assistance with Grundfos Product Center on the phone<\/li>\n<li>Follow and adhere to business processes<\/li>\n<li>Work with existing IT systems in a manner that uses the system efficiently and work to the required standards<\/li>\n<li>AD HOC Participate in ad hoc tasks defined by the line manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Critical knowledge and experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: must have a Technical certificate or degree<\/li>\n<li>2-4 years relevant work experience<\/li>\n<li>Highly technical competence level within defined areas<\/li>\n<li>SAP CRM knowledge within the related work area<\/li>\n<li>Manage RFQ\u2019s related to projects and requests from customers<\/li>\n<li>Basic Hydraulics<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work in a demanding and ever-changing environment where meeting deadlines are a key task<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in working autonomously.<\/li>\n<li>Pump technical knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Extensive customer interaction from a sales and service perspective<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The primary responsibility of Technical Sales is to contribute to the development of sales and customer service by providing technical support and to produce quality quotations.
