Internally works with senior management from marketing, services, sales, BU&#8217;s and Leads (dotted line) and functions such as finance, HR, GRE at the country level.<!--more--><\/div>\n<div>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0Manages country compliance within legal and HP policies. Executes the overall Corporate EB strategy, global programs and standards in country. Drives long term planning process for the country<\/li>\n<li>Assumes point accountability and responsibility for the EB country team and drives a performance based value system and culture. Leads the EB Management team and establishes a high performance culture; Ensures alignment of country HP activities.<\/li>\n<li>Manages and directly accountable for the end to end P&amp;L Management of EB. \u00a0Works on maximizing HP&#8217;s revenue and profit opportunities in the country with key customers. Drives profitable growth across every market sector in country. Develops a program of account targeting, lead generation, sales conversion, and cross-selling activities; Ensures execution and achievement of business goals for a country<\/li>\n<li>Increases market share in all product \/ services categories.
