\n\u2022 Develops and manages timelines for various fundraising activities to ensure strategic plans and critical fund raising processes are carried out in a timely manner
\n\u2022 Establishes and implements a wide range of advancement policies and procedures for individual donors, contributing members, corporations, and foundations
\n\u2022 Prepares and submits grant applications as outlined in the fund development plan to generate funds for the organization
\n\u2022 Responsible for identifying and establishing potential sponsors and settling on the appropriate targets for funding for patients
\n\u2022 Manages and maintains the established relationships of FOCOS with corporate\/ individual sponsors
\n\u2022 Establishes contacts with other organization personnel, approaches individuals, corporate and foundation officials and negotiates the terms of their support to FOCOS
\n\u2022 Fosters an understanding of philanthropy within the organization
\n\u2022 Develops a comprehensive communication plan to promote the organization to donors and maximize public awareness of the fundraising activities of the organization
\n\u2022 Builds relationships with community stakeholders to advance the mission and fundraising goals of the organization
\n\u2022 Attend community events, meetings, or conferences to promote organizational goals or solicit donations or sponsorships.
\n\u2022 Develop fundraising activity plans that maximize participation or contributions and minimize cost
\n\u2022 Develop or implement fundraising activities, such as annual giving campaigns or direct mail programs
\n\u2022 Direct or coordinate web-based fundraising activities.
\n\u2022 Conduct research to identify the goals, net worth, history of charitable donations, or other data related to potential donors, potential investors, or general donor markets.
\n\u2022 Direct or supervise fundraising team (where applicable) including volunteer staff members.
\n\u2022 Develop and maintain media contact lists
\n\u2022 Collaborate with FOCOS USA to align with overseas donors and Fund Raising Campaigns<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Membership of Institute of Public Relations or Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana
\n\u2022 A minimum of Five (5) years working experience in similar Position
\n\u2022 Large portfolio of high profile contacts (individual & corporate)<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Membership of Institute of Public Relations or Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana
\n\u2022 A minimum of Ten (10) years working experience in similar Position
\n\u2022 Large portfolio of high profile contacts (individual & corporate)<\/p>\n
