The Council for Law Reporting which by its establishment statute, Council for Law Reporting Act, 1972 (NRCD 64) as amended, is responsible for the publication of the Ghana Law Reports and the Review of Ghana Law, requires applications from qualified personnel to fill the position of: Editor, Ghana Law Reports<\/p>\n
The successful applicant would be the Chief Executive of the Council for Law Reporting and would, among others, be responsible for the following.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Leads the development of the council\u2019s policies, strategies, programmes and ensure the implementation of the decisions of the governing board of the council
\n\u2022 Formulate and implement editorial policies for the publication of the Ghana Law Reports and the Review of Ghana Law
\n\u2022 Co-ordinates the screening and selection of reportable judgments, rulings, decisions and opinions from the Superior Courts of Judicature
\n\u2022 Co-ordinates the preparation and editing of manuscripts for the Ghana Law Reports and the Review of Ghana Law
\n\u2022 Co-ordinate the conduct of research on articles, comments and other materials for publication in the review of Ghana law
\n\u2022 Responsible for the final editing of manuscripts for the council\u2019s publications<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must have been called to the Ghana Bar and is of at least 12 years standing as a lawyer
\n\u2022 Must have at least 12 years Post-Call relevant work experience in a private or public institution, 5 years of which should have been in senior management position<\/p>\n
