\nDraft and review legal documentation and ensure that transactions are executed in a timely and effective manner.\u00a0Provide up-to-date and relevant guidance on the application and interpretation of laws, regulations and policies.
\nAdvise on legislative changes, legal developments and risks which impact on the Bank\u2019s business.
\nAdvise on human resource and labour matters.
\nEffectively collaborate with the Bank\u2019s External Solicitors on all legal matters.
\nRepresent the Bank in court as and when required.<\/p>\n
\nPrior work experience in the banking sector would be an added advantage
\nExcellent writing and analytical skills
\nProactive and self-motivated
\nAbility to work under pressure and adapt quickly
