Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Client Coverage Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n The Role Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n Client & Sales Management<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2013 Franchise calling & improving Straight to Bank coverage<\/p>\n \u2013 Work closely with Relationship Managers in preparation of briefing notes, sales pitches, etc.<\/p>\n \u2013 Ensure smooth\/efficient post deal documentation & client on-boarding is completed on time by liaising with various stake holders.<\/p>\n \u2013 Effectively manage excess & past-dues<\/p>\n \u2013 Work closely with Client Onboarding team to ensure timely renewal of key documentation requirements and also with the portfolio and Operational Risk teams to ensure high quality of portfolio.<\/p>\n \u2013 Engage product partners about mechanics of various products used in Global Banking Ghana & Corporate and Institutional Banking business.<\/p>\n \u2013 Attend customer calls with the relationship managers<\/p>\n Credit Analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2013\u00a0Monitor quality of the portfolio by tracking Excess\/past dues, strictly<\/p>\n complying with all processes.<\/p>\n \u2013\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure timely submission of quality Quarterly Credit Reports (where applicable)<\/p>\n \u2013\u00a0\u00a0 Monitor Risk Triggers, Covenants and other credit conditions and report appropriately and in a timely manner.<\/p>\n \u2013\u00a0\u00a0 Liaise with Credit on credit issues and ensure quick turnaround on queries.<\/p>\n \u2013\u00a0\u00a0 Proper maintenance of Credit files and ensuring Audit Ready at any time<\/p>\n \u2013\u00a0\u00a0 Attend key meetings along with the RMs<\/p>\n \u2013\u00a0 Prepare quality credit requests (and other credit calculations in support of the relevant credit requests).<\/p>\n \u2013\u00a0\u00a0 Conducting factory inspection and preparing inspection reports<\/p>\n \u2013\u00a0\u00a0 Obtaining quarterly \/ annual \/ interim financials from client<\/p>\n Our Ideal Candidate<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2013\u00a0\u00a0 University Degree or Professional<\/p>\n \u2013\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of 5 years working experience in corporate banking<\/p>\n \u2013\u00a0\u00a0 Strong interpersonal skills, capable of developing relationships with individuals from across different areas of the bank<\/p>\n \u2013\u00a0\u00a0 Demonstrate strong work ethics<\/p>\n \u2013\u00a0\u00a0 Consistently demonstrate integrity<\/p>\n \u2013\u00a0\u00a0 Consistently demonstrate good judgment<\/p>\n \u2013\u00a0\u00a0 Anticipate client needs and respond effectively<\/p>\n \u2013\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to manage data and support effective MIS<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" We are a leading international bank focused on helping people and companies prosper across Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
