Assisting with faults reported through appropriate channels and any other duties which will be assigned to you by your line manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Provisioning &amp; Roaming Specialist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Provisioning of MDP numbers<\/li>\n<li>E \u2013 PINS Generation<\/li>\n<li>Voucher Generation<\/li>\n<li>Reseller provisioning\/Crediting<\/li>\n<li>Execute reconciliation done by RA, VAS team and IN team<\/li>\n<li>Implementation\/Provisioning of APN<\/li>\n<li>Ireg testing with VRS and other networks<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of roaming request on HLR<\/li>\n<li>Resolution of roaming issues<\/li>\n<li>Crediting request (Auto recharge)<\/li>\n<li>Generation of input files<\/li>\n<li>MSISDN management<\/li>\n<li>Starter pack provisioning<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>KEY KNOWLEDGE AND\/OR SKILLS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have at least 4 years\u2019 experience in Mobile telecommunication services<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge Roaming will be advantage<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of database management tools( SQL, Oracle ) as well as security applications<\/li>\n<li>Good communications and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Provisioning of all new mobile service on the network.
