Pelvin Company Limited recruits <strong>Technical Advisor &#8211; Maintenance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Responsible for management systems, processes, policies and procedures to meet sectional short and long term goals;<br \/>\nEnsure appropriate maintenance methodologies are in place to improve plant availability;<br \/>\nDesign and implement strategies to ensure efficient shutdown execution;<br \/>\nSupervise activities of Mechanical Coordinators and Supervisors;<br \/>\nTroubleshoot problems and advise the way forward;<br \/>\nResponsible for training and development, mentoring and coaching of subordinates<br \/>\nPerform any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least ten (10) years hands on experience with reputable organisation;<br \/>\nExperience with mining companies will be added advantage;<br \/>\nMust have knowledge of and experience in heavy rotational equipment, mills, crushers, and pumps;<br \/>\nMust have proven record of running mill maintenance departments;<br \/>\nExcellent organisational, planning and people management skills;<br \/>\nMust be confident, a self-starter and reliable;<br \/>\nExcellent communication skills, oral and written.<br \/>\nMust be computer literate<br \/>\nMust possess valid Ghanaian drivers\u2019 license.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ADDRESS: Pelvin Company Limited<br \/>\nP.
