At Nestl\u00e9, we are proud to produce some of Ghana\u2019s best-loved brands such as Ideal \u00ae, Milo\u00ae, Nido\u00ae, Nescaf\u00e9\u00ae, Cerelac\u00ae etc. These brands are cherished by households across the country.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Inbound Materials Planner<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What can you expect?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the Factory Supply Chain Manager, you will ensure availability of materials to fulfill the requirements of the production plans within the agreed cost boundaries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your other responsibilities will include;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating an optimized replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials over an 18-month horizon that ensures supply of material to production whilst<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that the working capital targets for raw and packaging materials are met<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring supply signals through the use of MRP purchase requisitions, ensuring delivery dates, lead times and required quantities are correct and finally creating purchase orders and ensuring their fulfillment by the supplier<\/li>\n<li>Managing directly with the defined supplier the delivery of materials and ensuring timely payment of the suppliers within the agreed payment terms.<\/li>\n<li>Handling all exceptions \/ issues in those operations, including claims management<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Production and Supply planners to ensure changes in Demand are correctly managed without material supply issues.<\/li>\n<li>Defining the stock policy and management approach to be applied to each SKU within their portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely reporting of KPIs with defined actions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-3 years\u2019 experience in production or material planning \/ procurement<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a science related field\/Economics\/Mathematics\/Supply Chain Mgt<\/li>\n<li>Very analytical and not shy to work with figures<\/li>\n<li>Good Microsoft Excel Skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of SAP APO will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you need to know<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The closing date for application is\u00a0<strong>11<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0July 2018<\/strong>.
