The Foundation is using its passion and expertise in these two fields to drive and deliver major projects and change mind-sets, behaviors and ultimately, the world.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Internal Controller<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure implementation of all internal audit recommendations by all departments of the entity<\/li>\n<li>Implement the internal control program defined by the Group Top Executives in order to strengthen the efficiency of processes and prevent from the risks, contributing to the continuous and sustainable development of our activities under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ensure that managers are aware of the fundamental principles of internal control in their area by carrying out awareness-raising and training activities (e.g. by conducting training)<\/p>\n<p>Help managers to formalize local procedures in line with legislation and the Group\u2019s standards and integrating good internal control practices.<\/p>\n<p>Regularly assess compliance of the entity\u2019s processes with the Group\u2019s principles (standards, charters, policies, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Check the handling of weaknesses and non-compliance by managers and monitor the implementation of the corresponding action plans.<\/p>\n<p>Communicate findings to senior management and draft comprehensive and complete report of audit area.<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor degree of finance, accounting.<\/li>\n<li>3-4 years of experience in\u00a0<strong>auditing<\/strong>\u00a0and accounting<\/li>\n<li>SAP is a plus<\/li>\n<li>French is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Science and beauty have been the pillars of the L\u2019Or\u00e9al Foundation\u2019s work since 2007.
