{"id":31416,"date":"2018-07-11T11:33:48","date_gmt":"2018-07-11T11:33:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=31416"},"modified":"2018-07-11T11:33:48","modified_gmt":"2018-07-11T11:33:48","slug":"mtn-ghana-new-vacancies-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/mtn-ghana-new-vacancies-2018.html","title":{"rendered":"MTN Ghana New Vacancies 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Position MTN Business as the partner of choice for inspiring and enabling growth via ICT solutions through the development of targeted solutions, crafting and execution of integrated Marketing communication, delivery of robust analytics to inform decision making as well as ensure exceptional client experience at all touch points for enterprise customers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Manager, EB Commercial Enablement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Division:\u00a0\u00a0 Enterprise Business<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Department: \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Commercial Enablement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:\u00a0 Accra<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Position:\u00a0\u00a0 Senior Manager, EB Commercial Enablement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Level: \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 MTN Level 3H<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reports to: \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 General Manager, Enterprise Business<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving Profitable Growth for MTN Business<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop the relevant and targeted marketing strategies for each of the market segments (Public\/Gov\u2019t sector, SME, LCA\/MNC etc) to support sales and position MTN as a leader in the ICT space<\/li>\n<li>Monitor performance in segment in an on-going basis and define corrective action plans to achieve business and financial targets<\/li>\n<li>Provide regular market and business intelligence to shape the sales and business strategy<\/li>\n<li>Manage the provision of relevant support (creatives development, Go to Market plans, product Concept Development, Events management, etc) to the Mobile Financial Services team.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Focus on providing exceptional Client Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive the Partner and Client Satisfaction Survey in the market to inform management decisions<\/li>\n<li>Manage brand reputation in partnership with MTN Group EBU and MTN Ghana<\/li>\n<li>Ensure delivery of exceptional client experience<\/li>\n<li>Be the overall custodian for brand and customer engagement across Enterprise Business to achieve customer satisfaction targets.<\/li>\n<li>Performance reporting per agreed requirement from GM EBD<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring appropriate Governance and Control measures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Business Analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform Business Analysis in line with agreed methodology, guidelines and benchmarking<\/li>\n<li>Identify ways to fine tune policies, processes and systems in line with changing work practices<\/li>\n<li>Identify Business Improvement and Optimisation opportunities that will result in improvement of process performance<\/li>\n<li>Construct business cases for initiations proposed by the business.
