\n\u2022 To develop optmised drilling designs for hydrocarbon, exploration and\/or development wells (offshore \u2013 deep water), incorporating the most appropriate technologies and construction methods
\n\u2022 To draft drilling operations plan and support its execution providing engineering advise, and updating, when necessary, well design and execution plans, complying with Eni Ghana Company HSE standards<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Prepare detailed specifications for drilling equipment
\n\u2022 Assess the drilling related risks and propose mitigations
\n\u2022 Preparation of the detailed Drilling programmes
\n\u2022 Planning directional and horizontal deep water wells
\n\u2022 Anti-collision analysis, monitoring and replaning while drilling
\n\u2022 Survey correction calculations and validating on a daily basis
\n\u2022 Generation of graphical presentations and validating on a daily basis
\n\u2022 Generation of grahical presentation of the directional profile
\n\u2022 BHA design and optimisation
\n\u2022 Bit selection
\n\u2022 Pre-drilling calculations on hydraulics and Torgue and drag
\n\u2022 Mentoring and training of junior engineers
\n\u2022 Support blowout potentials evaluation and relief well drilling strategy
\n\u2022 Assist and verify preparation of call-off\u2019s for required materials and services accordingly to the programme and contract casing design
\n\u2022 Monitor and support the well execution process
\n\u2022 Support the well handover and certification progress
\n\u2022 Verify company procedure & feedback reports preparation as per competence
\n\u2022 Prepare end-of-well report
\n\u2022 Follow up on the rig of the drilling activities
\n\u2022 Well risk evaluation
\n\u2022 AFE preparation with probabilistic approach. Establish a time and cost estimate for drilling phases
\n\u2022 Dual activity rig operations planning<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Drilling engineering courses, well planning, T&D simulations, BHA and casing design, ERD course<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 5 years of drilling experience in operation and engineering
\n\u2022 4 years of deep water drilling activity experience personal competence
\n\u2022 Judgment, initiative, problem-solving attention to details, planning, organisation, time management
\n\u2022 Team player, courteous, calm, clear, aware of reaction patterns
\n\u2022 International experience preferred
\n\u2022 Be \u201con top of the job\u201d at all times across wells drilling activities<\/p>\n
