Our team of 72,000 full-time, seasonal, contract and temporary employees work to bring essential agricultural products to homes around the globe every day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Graduate Trainee Program<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for responsible graduates with ambition, drive and curious minds who are inspired by a working environment that is globally connected, inclusive and values entrepreneurial drive, creativity and teamwork to participate in our Graduate Trainee Programme.<\/p>\n<p>The Graduate Trainee Programme offers an opportunity to experience Olam in various roles in Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Engineering and Supply Chain<\/p>\n<p><strong>To be considered for the programme, you should:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a First Degree or Higher National Diploma from an accredited tertiary institution with minimum Upper Second-Class Honours<\/li>\n<li>Have specialization in relevant fields such as Sociology, Business Administration, Sales &amp; Marketing, Finance, Humanities, Biochemistry, Mechanical &amp; Electrical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Have completed National Service not earlier than 2017<\/li>\n<li>Be emotionally intelligent<\/li>\n<li>Be eligible to work in Ghana<\/li>\n<li>Show commitment to excellent deliver, and must be adaptable and willing to learn new skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What to Expect<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Graduate Trainee Programme is a 12 months programme<\/li>\n<li>Over the 12-month programme, you\u2019ll discover at first-hand what it takes to thrive in our challenging, fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Supported by experienced managers, colleagues and a wide network of diverse peers, you\u2019ll be encouraged to take on responsibilities and bring new ideas to the table.
