{"id":31498,"date":"2018-07-13T18:35:17","date_gmt":"2018-07-13T18:35:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=31498"},"modified":"2018-07-13T18:35:17","modified_gmt":"2018-07-13T18:35:17","slug":"robert-bosch-ghana-vacancies-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/robert-bosch-ghana-vacancies-2018.html","title":{"rendered":"Robert Bosch Ghana Vacancies 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Development Manager \u2013 Automotive Aftermarket<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support in defining Automotive Aftermarket retail &amp; Online strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Research market information using Retail and Online channels e.g. key players by product range, market volumes and market share by product, and Vehicle Data Intelligence (VDI).<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular research to find potential customers and\/or local partners.<\/li>\n<li>Promote Automotive Aftermarket business range (Parts, Bytes &amp; Services) towards business partners\/customers.<\/li>\n<li>Collect customer product requirements and communicate to marketing team (specific packaging, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate customer claims.<\/li>\n<li>Support projects development and implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with marketing team in order to be aligned with the overall Online strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Act as consultants to partners, ensuring sales competences at partner level.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate systematic introduction of new products into the market.<\/li>\n<li>Regular market and customer visits<\/li>\n<li>Provide reporting functions to Automotive Aftermarket sales team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in marketing, business administration or its equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position within a multinational company.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively, with high attention to details.<\/li>\n<li>Language: must be fluent in English and French (speaking &amp; writing); German is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Strong coordination skills &amp; target orientation.<\/li>\n<li>Highly organised and able to multitasks.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must be proactive, and should possess the \u201ccan do attitude\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Excellent working knowledge of MS office (word, excel, powerpoint).<\/li>\n<li>Technical understanding of the automotive industry is a plus<\/li>\n<li>High efficiency on time management, and ability to build sustainable relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel frequently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Job Title:\u00a0Business Development Manager \u2013 Automotive Aftermarket Responsibilities: Support in defining Automotive Aftermarket retail &amp; Online strategies.
