Pelvin Company Limited recruits <strong>Management Accountant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ensure cost, accruals and depreciation is accurately and timely captured on monthly basis in the cost reports to Head of Departments.<br \/>\nPrepare accurate and timely weekly Gold Sales Invoice and shipment notice for weekly sales.<br \/>\nEnsure Balance Sheet Accounts are accurate at the end of every month and reflect the financial position of the company.<br \/>\nOversee all aspects of the General Ledger<br \/>\nEnsure regular update of the Company Fixed Assets Register.<br \/>\nEnsure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled on monthly basis.<br \/>\nEnsure the reconciliation of the capital project accounts and the accuracy of the fixed assets Register.<br \/>\nPerform any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Degree in Accounting with at least three (3) years hands on experience especially with general ledger.<br \/>\nMust be a member of ICA\/ACCA or studying towards becoming a member of ICA or ACCA.<br \/>\nExperience with the Pronto ERP system is an added advantage.<br \/>\nMust be confident, a self-starter and must be able to drive the monthly close process to ensure that all deadlines are met.<br \/>\nStrong communication skills, oral and written.<br \/>\nMust be fully functional in Microsoft Office 2007, and exceptional in Excel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ADDRESS: Pelvin Company Limited<br \/>\nP.
