\n\u2022 1-5 years industry experience with fantastic business development background
\n\u2022 Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
\n\u2022 Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
\n\u2022 Familiarity with industry\u2019s rules and regulations
\n\u2022 Excellent organizational skills
\n\u2022 Results driven and customer focused
\n\u2022 Must have worked in a micro finance Institution
\n\u2022 Leadership and human resources management skills
\n\u2022 BSc in Business Administration or related field, a masters degree will be advantage<\/p>\n
