\nPartner with leadership across the organization to build and drive metrics-driven, effective recruitment programs.
\nMaintain HR and staffing compliance documentation
\nBuild and scale a data-driven, world class recruiting team, supporting Zipline\u2019s hiring needs across the world.<\/p>\n
\nMust have had experience working with teams in West Africa
\n3+ years experience recruiting and leading talent teams
\nProven track record of creating and implementing talent acquisition strategy for high performing team while maintaining culture and promoting diversity
\nExpertise in tracking recruiting metrics to create data-driven strategies
\nExcellent leadership, communication, and management skills
\nDesire to work on a small team and be very hands on<\/p>\n
\nWithin three months, you will own the entire recruitment process for new distribution centers that we launch. You will collaborate with the training team to build a spectacular on-boarding process, and own team-building activities
\nWithin six months, you will hold team-wide training sessions on our recruitment standards and best practices. You will own the creation of new policies as needed, and train new recruiters that we add to our team.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
