Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Medical Officer x2<\/strong><\/p>\n Main Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n The Job Holder will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive consistent and comprehensive clinical care as well as supervising and training staff including auxiliary support personnel of the Danpong Clinic.<\/p>\n Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Supervising medical assistants, nurses and auxiliary support personnel involved in the planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care services throughout the facility Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Education: MB. \n\u2022 Ensuring highly consistent quality health delivery in a cost effective manner.
\n\u2022 Providing diagnosis, treatment and referral of patients when appropriate
\n\u2022 Developing individualized care plans for the patients in close discussion with them and their care givers in order to reduce in-patient care.
\n\u2022 Following up patients through acute clinical treatment with the aim of facilitating early recovery.
\n\u2022 Ensuring that all patients referred to the clinic receive robust and holistic management.
\n\u2022 Undertaking reviews of patients\u2019 medications and adjusting therapy as required
\n\u2022 Regularly monitoring\/reviewing patients and acting promptly should the patient\u2019s condition deteriorate.
\n\u2022 Liaising closely with the key stakeholders at all times to advise and co-ordinate provision of effective healthcare
\n\u2022 Communicating information to patients, and care assistants in an understandable form to ensure their co-operation in treatment
\n\u2022 Maintaining accurate and contemporaneous documentation both electronic and paper to ensure timely and effective communication
\n\u2022 Ensuring patient confidentiality and protection of patient information.
\n\u2022 Dealing responsibly with challenging situations and consequences in accordance with
\nprofessional ethics.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Have the ability to maintain confidentiality
\n\u2022 Must possess strong communication skills
\n\u2022 Must have a courteous Attitude
\n\u2022 Understanding of medical terminologies and calculations<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Monthly Supply\/Procurement Report<\/p>\n
