{"id":31611,"date":"2018-07-18T07:14:05","date_gmt":"2018-07-18T07:14:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=31611"},"modified":"2018-07-18T07:14:05","modified_gmt":"2018-07-18T07:14:05","slug":"enterprise-life-ghana-new-vacancies-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/enterprise-life-ghana-new-vacancies-2018.html","title":{"rendered":"Enterprise Life Ghana New Vacancies 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Enterprise Group was created to deliver sustained growth by taking advantage of the profitable business opportunities in sectors of the economy, other than insurance, such as Pensions, Real Estate etc. The group is managed by a team of proven and accomplished professionals who bring their experience and expertise to bear in steering the affairs of the group, ensuring exceptional service to our clients, job enrichment to our staff and increased returns to our shareholders and all stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Manager x4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Locations: Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, Sunyani<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties of this role will include but not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sell the products and services of the company<\/li>\n<li>Plan and recruit Sales Representatives<\/li>\n<li>Training and Development of Sales Representatives.<\/li>\n<li>Align business targets to individual targets of Sales Representatives<\/li>\n<li>Set targets and manage Sales Representatives to achieve personal as well as branch and business sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Plan and deliver on sales strategies to achieve targets<\/li>\n<li>Provide field support to ensure Sales Reps sell from identifiable sources<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and undertake sales presentations to individuals, groups and associations or corporate bodies<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit daily\/weekly\/monthly reports to Branch Manager<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by Branch Manager or the business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>To be successful in this role, you need to have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of a first degree in any discipline<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years working experience in sales team leadership.
