Then you\u2019re the Customer Care Representative we\u2019re looking for!<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Customer Care Representative<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Call 1500 users and convert at least 600 (40%) per month.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Working with Customer Care Supervisor to ensure all the necessary materials needed are available<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Answer all questions asked by customers promptly and with utmost professionalism.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Create and experiment customer care retention strategies.
